Societe Generale Cameroun

The transfer of Société Générale Group's shareholding in Société Générale Cameroun to the State of Cameroon has been successfully completed. The State of Cameroon thereby becomes the majority shareholder of the Bank, alongside the SanlamAllianz Group. The institution is henceforth operating under the name General Bank of Cameroon. The Bank hereby informs its clients, partners, and the general public of the appointment of new members to its Board of Directors.

This new governance structure is grounded in a commitment to continuity, stability, and enhanced client support.
