In case of loss, theft or fraudulent usage of your credit card or chequebook:
Contact the centre dedicated to stopping cards or cheques (24/24h – 7D/7): +237 233 43 27 67
In case your card is blocked because you typed the wrong password three times:
- Meet Us at a Société Générale Cameroun’s branch to unblock your card.
- Come with your card and your ID Card.
Security Alert: false e-mails are often sent
- You believe that you have received a fraudulent e-mail?
- Do not answer it and do not click on any link.
