Guarantees

SUMMARY

We can produce signature commitments, through which, we engage into paying to the beneficiaries the amounts owed by our corporate customers, in case of their business failure or in case they refuse. We offer you a range of signature commitments and personalized advices:

• International Bail Caution: Subsidiary and incidental commitment to the business contract. In the case where your customer uses it, he will need to show the proof that the debt is definite and due.
• Guarantee at first ask: this guarantee is autonomous and independent of the business contract. In case your customer uses it, Société Générale will pay immediately, after receipt of the beneficiary’s compliant request, without prevailing of the business contract’s terms.
